I’m delighted with Martian but for an unusual reason. I ordered my first products from them recently and they arrived promptly, were high quality and had great packaging/branding (I like when companies make an effort.) So far, all good. However there was a mistake in that one part was missed in packing. I contacted there support over email, got a very helpful and rapid response within a couple of hours, and they rectified the problem. Not only that, they went above and beyond. Not only did they send out the missing part, they sent enough new supply to start again from scratch, and without me asking. We’re all used to rubbish support - long wait times then arguments, then companies doing the minimum. Martian evidently thinks that’s absolutely the wrong way to do it and turned the usual support pain into a lovely experience. Would highly recommend them just for that reason, but then add on the high quality and we’re talking about a really cool company here. Nice one guys!
