I'm so disappointed with their costumer service. It is a lie you can cancel the membership anytime you want.
I tried to cancel my account several times and they won't take my request because " I have to have proof" of making a decision.
It is ridiculous I have to send personal information justifying my decision to cancel my membership.
Horrible business practices!.
Please, Don't get a membership!
