Can't give zero stars so 1 star it is. Got a membership and all was going well. Always booked out my appointments 2-3 months ahead because appointments 4pm and later are harder to get which I understand. Fast forward to the end of September when I get a message that they need to reschedule I'm thinking no problem someone is probably sick. Call back and was basically told they now have no afternoon/evening therapists and they cancel all my appointments. They will not allow me to cancel my membership so I am now being charged $70 a month for zero services. Management will not call me back after 6 calls and 2 emails. Corporate says they have no control over franchise locations. This place is basically committing fraud. Stay as far away as you can from this location.
