I think any company, or franchise such as Massage Envy, who won't listen to a person's monetary struggle, sticking to a year membership when one hasn't been once to the salon, and refusing to allow a person out of the membership even after 7 months of a monthly $70.00 withdrawal, speaks to the greed and nastiness of such a business.
DO NOT BECOME A MEMBER UNLESS you plan on living a hiccup-less life because Massage Envy doesn't care if you are barely getting by. Just awful. Life is already brutal enough ... Massage Envy just told me, "too bad."
