I've been a member for a number of years. I did not receive a reminder for my session today via text or phone. They are saying there was an outbound call. The call did not go through; however, their policy is as long as there is a call. I am out of 1.5 service hours. In the past year, they lost the aesthetician as well as the young lady who specializes in stretching. They canceled all of my appointments and I had no recourse. It seems the policies work to Massage Envy's advantage and not the customer.
