This company steals money from customers and should be permanently shut down. I sent back a pair of boots in brand new condition and well within the timeframe. They didn’t refund me and can’t explain why. Two emails and two phone calls later and one report to the better business bureau and they STILL are giving me the runaround and ignoring communication. Avoid at all costs!
