Review: Disappointing I have been a loyal customer of Massimo Dutti for years. From the beginning, I understood the price increases as part of the brandโ€™s repositioning towards a luxury segment, and I was always willing to pay for the exceptional service they offered in their stores. However, my recent experience has been a complete disaster. I downloaded their app and uploaded all my purchases, building my profile as a VIP customer to enjoy the exclusive benefits they promised. Up to that point, everything seemed fine. But when I moved from Barcelona to Seville, I encountered an unexpected problem: the app had automatically logged me out. When I tried to solve the issue, I contacted their customer service, considering I had a purchase history of over โ‚ฌ6,000. The response was shocking and humiliating. They told me that my account had disappeared because I had deleted it myself, which is absolutely false. When I challenged this absurd claim, the person assisting me insisted that I must have done it โ€œby mistake,โ€ treating me as if I were incompetent and incapable of handling basic technology. To make matters worse, they confirmed that the account could not be recovered, making it clear that my years of loyalty and the money I had spent meant nothing to them. This kind of treatment is unacceptable even for a low-cost store, let alone for a brand that claims to be positioned as luxury. As if that werenโ€™t enough, Iโ€™ve noticed a significant drop in the quality of their garments. Suits Iโ€™ve paid over โ‚ฌ400 for last barely two or three months before showing visible signs of wear and tear. Theyโ€™ve offered no solutions for this issue either. Massimo Dutti has ceased to be a differentiated brand; it no longer stands out for anything, except exorbitant prices and appalling customer service. From my perspective, there are far better options in the market. In Seville, for example, รlvaro Moreno offers Italian-inspired cuts and designs with outstanding quality at reasonable prices. Iโ€™ve deleted the app, will never step into a Massimo Dutti store again, and will speak negatively about them whenever I get the chance. Additionally, given my professional field and the management of uniforms, I have stopped considering them entirely due to this disgraceful treatment. Conclusion: Massimo Dutti no longer deserves my time or money. If youโ€™re looking for quality, style, and service that matches what you pay for, look elsewhere.

I had a terrible experience with Massimo Dutti. A week ago, I received an email saying my order was ready for pickup, but the package I received belonged to someone else. Despite multiple contacts with customer service via WhatsApp, all I got was vague responses claiming they are "managing my case." No official email, apology, or explanation has been provided. My order, worth over โ‚ฌ300 and containing Christmas gifts, is still missing. They took my money, and I have nothing to show for it. If this isnโ€™t resolved immediately, I will escalate the matter further. Completely unacceptable!

I purchase all the time from their website. But this time my return was not fully refunded because I believe they have someone at their warehouse stealing from returned parcels. They refused to refund me when I claimed it and the communication with the costumer service was very bad. I recommend that you donโ€™t trust the process because they are not on top of it!

Went to the Grafton street , Dublin store Purchased an item with an All Go Master Card Card had full funds โ€ฆ but would not work I was informed that massimo Dutti does not accept this card โ€ฆ eventhough it is a Mastercard credit card โ€ฆ I requested to know why โ€ฆ and I was informed that the company policy is not to accept these cards โ€ฆ even though I have no problem with this card shopping anywhere else โ€ฆ it is a derivative of Master card ..so there should be no issues โ€ฆ No reason given to me โ€ฆ

Massimo Dutti Dubai mall . Worst service . No one is interested . No customer service . Busy folding cloth . Ask for my size takes more than 10 Minutes . Seem to be normal not apologetic at all .

We bought clothes in the store in Brussels. Got the VAT receipt as we returned to home (outside Europe). We got the stamp in Brussels airport and then used Vattfree.com to receive the VAT back as the counter for receiving the money back on the airport was closed. Despite several messages from both Vatfree and myself there is no reply/positive reply from Massimo Dutti. They keep sending standard messages that we can buy online or go to the shop. When I finally got in touch via WhatsApp with the customer service in Spain, the answer was that I had to go back to the shop to get my money back. I informed him that this doesn't work like this and that they are according to EU regulations are obliged to refund the VAT. He then said to write an email, I did and off course no answer apart from the stupid standard answer. When I approached them again the answer was that I had to go get my money in the shop. The communication from customer care Massimo Dutti is absolutely outrageous and stupid. Vattfree is starting now a legal procedure against Massimo Dutti. Anyway their behaviour stinks and is fraudulous.

I am very disappointed with the quality of these shoes, both men's and women's. I purchased a pair of sandals, and after just one wear, the heel fell off. These shoes are overpriced considering their poor quality. I'm never buying shoes here again. They are also very uncomfortable.

I purchased several items that were on sale. Nowhere during the purchasing process did they indicate that some of these items would revert to full price if I didn't subscribe. Upon checking out, they highlighted and scratched out the price, replacing it with a exact same one in yellow as if they are on sale. However, if you pay attention, you'll notice they crossed out the old price, wrote the same price, and highlighted it in yellow (I even have a screenshot). This led me to believe it was still the sale price, but in reality, it was the old price. They don't disclose that these prices are pre-sale. When the box arrived, there was no receipt included, making it difficult to notice. I intend to return all the items, but unfortunately, I wore the shoes I bought and only noticed afterward how deceptive their practices are. When I contacted them to discuss and request applying the discount on the shoes, they were unhelpful and rude. I've been a loyal customer for 25 years, but this experience was so disappointing that I will never shop there again. This is fraudulent and completely unethical.

@MASSIMODUTTI its a scam. When you will try to do your online return they will returned it to you back saying it smells like perfumes and you can't return it. Beware!!!

Absolutely appalling customer service experience after purchasing a jumper that fell apart after just one evening's wear. Multiple issues including snagging, the label constantly showing, and bobbling were dismissively attributed to 'wear and tear' by the company. It's shocking and utterly disappointing how they showed no intention of trying to resolve the issue or acknowledge the clear faults. The lack of responsibility and disregard for consumer rights have left me utterly disgusted.

Just to put things into perspective I donโ€™t usually leave reviews or complaints as life is complicated enough and in the scheme of things buying an item of clothing should not be an endeavour. However, I have been compelled to as I found the bar is set biblically low in the Massimo Dutti store in Bluewater. The staff avoid eye contact and interaction of any kind as if it were in a zombie apocalypse. I picked out a suede jacket for my son ( which I hasten to add is one of the most expensive items in store) I stood by the vacant till and eventually a chap in a suit ( Iโ€™m assuming from his attire that he was the manager) arched his eyebrows upwards as if I had given him some adverse medical diagnosis reluctantly came over to serve me. I appreciate that this chap was not going to discuss Fematโ€™s last theorom but there was no โ€œhelloโ€ or retail small talk. He proceeded to shove the suede jacket (no folding or tissue paper) into the bag as if I had purchased a fake designer item in Wembley market. Now, I get it Mr Manager. Your childhood dream of working in Loro Piana has been dashed and you now find yourself interacting with us mere mortals in Bluewater Do not expect a whiff of customer service in this store. It made for a laughingly bad experience.

I ordered a coat in the Black Friday sale for ยฃ179 instead of ยฃ299. After 4 days I was informed that it was on its way. Aday later I was emailed to say that they were sorry that i had decided not to have the coat and that a refund was on the way. I had not done his. I finally spoke to someone who said she would look into it but never got back. I rang again to be told there was nothing they could do and the coat was unavailable in my size. I went back online and ordered the coat for full price ยฃ299 it arrived the next day. I rang to try and get a refund and all they would offer was express delivery on future items. They will not put you through to anyone in a higher position. Appalling service! i will not be using them ever again.

Ich habe dort eine Jacke bestellt, 3 mal getragen und 1 mal gewaschen nach Hinweis der Hersteller. Nach der Wรคsche ist sie klumpig, sodass das einzige was man machen kann, ist sie zu entsorgen. Ich habe mich an Service gewendet aber da konnte leider keiner helfen. Sehr schlechter laden . 160โ‚ฌ fรผr 3 mal tragen ist definitiv zu teuer. So viel Geld , was ich da bis jetzt ausgegeben habe โ€ฆ das bereue ich 1000 mal und kaufe da nichts mehr. Sehr schlecht

This company steals money from customers and should be permanently shut down. I sent back a pair of boots in brand new condition and well within the timeframe. They didnโ€™t refund me and canโ€™t explain why. Two emails and two phone calls later and one report to the better business bureau and they STILL are giving me the runaround and ignoring communication. Avoid at all costs!

The clothes are fine, but they're app it's just trash, the app in the playstore or in the web, the same trash, you should pay for a fk good development of your app/online store, you have a ton of money. I don t want to order again from them if they don t fix their trash app/online store
