DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. HORRIBLE experience, HORRIBLE customer service. Our refrigerator was not working. We called them to repair. It was very hard to understand the 'technician' who barely spoke English. He ordered a part that was supposed to take 2 to 3 days to get in, it took well over a week, was the WRONG part and had to reorder.....Paid up front for the part. We lost over $150 in groceries.When the part arrived, he installed it and EVERYTHING FROZE. They came back to adjust it and literally put a piece of tape over it and said it was fixed. It NEVER thawed out. We asked for a refund, which they said they would reimburse us for the part and labor. Never refunded us after many calls and promises they were sending the money. Now, they ignore our calls . THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS. Very rude people who do not care about their customers. This company needs closed down ASAP.
