“Awful service.!They kept on saying they will come but never did..they only came fast for the initial visit to collect my washing machine and to collect money upfront. I am living in dubai for long time now..and I never experienced such liars..this was the first time. They did fix the washing machine but it came back leaking..kept on saying they will fix it but they never did. I personally do not recommend this company!”

They took our dish washer and promised to repair it within 2 days, but it took them 10 DAYS!! unorganized time management and they kept postponing the time from 2pm saying they are coming soon then ended up coming at 5 pm!! “I would like to make a formal complaint on the services provided by the third party company Master fix business who does the fixing .. first of all I had an appointment that I was told was available to me when i scheduled the date. Then the technician and or master fix changed the date with out giving me any options. And when I contacted them. They refused to allow me to reschedule .. I mean who does that?? So I made proper arrangements and took off work and the technician did not show up and will not answer the phone.. Iโve missed money at work for a no show for master fix. “Just wanted my oven fixed, they charged $70 to come, said it was a thermostat fixed it was heating up good then 15minutes after they guys left it started beeping, I called the company to send them back but nobody answered, I turned off the breaker but sat in the dark. The next day I called again and was told they would come in 2 days.. so I could sit in the dark or listen to the beeping, they finally came today (day 3) same guys stopped the beeping good heat again and 15 minutes after they left it started again,when I called for them to come back I was told to unplug it from underneath ( I had no idea there was a plug underneath) if someone would have said that 3 days ago I wouldn't have sat in the dark for 3 days”

“I hired Masterfix to repair my oven in May 2024. They charged $500 to replace the heating element. Not even six months later, the heating element is no longer working in the oven. I just heard from Masterfix that they will not stand behind their parts or labor. I would expect a $500 repair to last longer than 5.5 months.”

It was very hard to understand the 'technician' who barely spoke English. He ordered a part that was supposed to take 2 to 3 days to get in, it took well over a week, was the WRONG part and had to reorder.....Paid up front for the part. We lost over $150 in groceries.When the part arrived, he installed it and EVERYTHING FROZE. They came back to adjust it and literally put a piece of tape over it and said it was fixed. It NEVER thawed out. We asked for a refund, which they said they would reimburse us for the part and labor. Never refunded us after many calls and promises they were sending the money. Now, they ignore our calls . THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS. Very rude people who do not care about their customers. This company needs closed down ASAP.”

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND...GIG WORKERS R SENT..WHICH could be fine but NO ACCOUNTABILITY FROM COMPANY..also a language barrier which makes it difficult for service people to answer any of my questions... JUST SAY NO!!”

“This company is out to take advantage of customers. My dryer was making a loud squealing noise. Called and they came out the next day. I'm thinking "wow, this is great!" They arrived within the appointment window, took the dryer apart, and did their evaluation. The tech, "Frank," was very nice. Spoke broken English, but communication wasn't much of a problem. "Frank" hands me his phone, the guy on the line says it's the drum roller and Idler pulley kit that needs replace for $310 plus tax. I know dryers can be expensive to fix, but holy sugar! That's half the cost of the dryer. I don't have the money to replace currently, so I ok the fix. After everything's said and done, I'm talking to a family member who informs me the part (as a kit) costs $24!!!! I paid this company approximately $280/hr for labor. Don't trust them. Don't do business with them. It was quick work - we'll see if the dryer continues to work based on other reviews, but I totally got duped by them. Don't make the same mistake I did. And they can't even provide an itemized receipt.”
“Dishwasher worked but needed a new rubber gasket. Called and a technician came who did not speak English very well. I paid $95 just to give a diagnosis and he had to order the part. I paid $153.01 for the return visit which included the rubber gasket and labor. I asked him to clean the bottom while he was there. A couple days later I went to use dishwasher and it would not work. It worked before he came but not after he left. Should have checked before he left but because it was only a rubber gasket problem, assumed it would work. I am out $248.01 and the dishwasher wonโt work.”
“My experience with Masterfix was excellent. Arranged for tech to come for diagnosis on my Thermador/KitchenAid refrigerator. To buy a new replacement for my installation would have cost me over $12,000 so I had to get my refrigerator repaired. I recv'd call from office that tech will be there between the hours of .....Got another call that tech is on the way. Tech came and checked unit out. He did contact main office and sent photo's. Indeed the tech did not speak English very well, but showed me via his language translation app which outlined the issue. Informed me that I should hear from office soon. I did pay the diagnostic fee. Next day I recv'd call and got email with pricing to fix. Two day later I recv'd another call asking if I had recv'd quote. I agreed to price for fix and subtract diagnostic fee. Recv'd a call to advise part was available (my unit is 19 yrs old) and it would take a week to arrive, and we scheduled date for tech. to arrive. Recv'd another call that part was in and techs will be arriving. 2 techs came worked 2.5 hours and got my unit up and running. Bottom line: excellent communication from main office, fair price, skilled techs, cleaned everything up, and my refrig. is like new. Previously I had 3 other companies come out and one said "can't be fixed", another said "stick it in the garage", another company sent tech, did diagnosis (paid fee) and took panels apart and said "this could be an expensive repair" and would get back to me next day..next day came and no call back and I was left with my unit taken apart. I stopped payment on check because all I got was voicemails when I called for 3 days....no answer. Finally I left message and said " tell me if you don't want to do this repair or not capable, but just give me a call back and I will find someone else". No response. Sorry to hear that others had bad experience, but I gave 5 stars because I got great communication , fair price, and techs that showed up on time. Happy with experience from Master-fix...give them a call.”
