I hired Masterfix to repair my oven in May 2024. They charged $500 to replace the heating element. Not even six months later, the heating element is no longer working in the oven. I just heard from Masterfix that they will not stand behind their parts or labor. I would expect a $500 repair to last longer than 5.5 months.
