We ordered a pillar tap for a bedroom unit which we had searched for in local plumbers merchants and on the web. We could only find two sites on the web which in stock that which was suitable for our requirement. Matalan Direct was the best priced of these and we ordered it from them on Friday 19 June 2015 and received 'Order Confirmation' from them at 22:01 hrs. On Monday 22 June 2015 we received a text message at 11:27 hrs to advise us that our order had been despatched by them and that DHL would deliver within two days. DHL sent us a text message at 9:17 hrs stating they would deliver a parcel to us between 11:50 hrs and 12:50 hrs. We received the delivery at 12:15 hrs. Excellent service from all concerned. We will use again!
