I ordered a set of shelving units and not all were in stock so I chose to wait for delivery of all three items together. The due delivery date was extended from end of July to end of August and I eventually received the goods at the start of September. Unfortunately, one of the packages contained the incorrect coloured item despite having the correct colour listed on the front. Despite all these inconveniences I have to give full marks to the customer service staff who were always polite, helpful and keen to sort out the problems. Well done guys! P.S. I am really happy with my new furniture now it is in place.
