Very polite gentlemen came to my door asking if I wanted to sign up for 1 week free order to trial the milk and if I was happy with the service I could set up a DD and regular order. Within a week I was happy multiple texts and calls a day asking to set up payment and make payment for more order request. I rang and spoke to a lady who did not believe me and said I must pay. I refused, continued to receive payment reminders, called 2 weeks later and the gentleman wiped the amount and explained it should have been done earlier. Before I could wish him a nice day he cut the phone off, which I thought, this mustn't be the first time. To then come online and find other reviews of the same experience. On their website it states "Please note that before placing an order you will be asked to agree to these Terms." I did not sign or was read and agreed to any T&C's. Reading the response below from McQueens, trust me, there was NO CONFUSION, the man at my door, as many others I assume, offered 1 week free trial. I am sad this is my experience with McQueens and just think they got it wrong this one time.
