Mcqueens dairies Perth have been outstanding. I've had to chop and change starting and cancelling dates due to family illness and it couldn't be easier and hassle free. Called again this morning again stopping and the lad on the phone coukdnt be more helpful. Great service.

Fresh milk when I need no more carrying home from the shops the staff when you ring up are very friendly and helpful with any questions you need to know I am very happy with the company

Very nice staff, Milk always left on time, only downside a little dearer than supermarket, but suits me, dont run out ,always there for my coffee.

Almost 2 weeks ago a friendly salesman came to my door and offered a sample of their milk, he took my phone number and address. Next Monday they have delivered the milk and from then on they called multiple times every day and text every day after asking for my card details. I kept telling them I don't have time during the day as I am working and very busy at work. I was already disappointed as the sample turned out wasn't free, they said they don't do free samples. They kept harassing me until I've made the payment through the online account. That time I was already very upset with how pushy and aggressive they are so I have emailed them on Friday that I just want to cancel with them and asked them to delete my details. Despite the fact I told them I don't want another delivery they have delivered the product this morning. I have already sent them several emails to make them understand I cannot call or receive calls during their working hours and frankly they are advertising themselves on their website as "CANCEL ANYTIME, NO COMMITMENTS" I shouldn't need to call to cancel should I? On top of all this their customer care representative Connor W addressed me with a "Hey" when responded to my email. I have found this very rude. I have not signed any contract/agreement, if I tell them I want to cancel/discontinue they should respect it and delete my account. I do feel it is unethical what they are doing and actually against the The Consumer Rights Act 2015. I am seriously considering to report them to the relevant authorities. I am the same as someone previously said, I never write reviews but want people to know my experience so that they can avoid them in the future.

I have absolutely no problems with this company. The free range eggs are absolutely delicious. There have been no issues with deliveries or billing. Every time I call up to customer services they are very pleasant and deal with my enquiry very quickly.

You are a absolute joke , having sent numerous emails to on firm Your are going to deliver and when it comes to the crunch on the day there’s no doorstep delivery to which you then decide you don’t deliver in the area. You need to sort your systems out I will not be reviewing my orders when and ever you do deliver to my area after this. MILK AND MORE are with 10 of you

Cancelled my deliveries, but they took an extra week's Direct Debit out of my account. When I called to request a refund, was spoken to very rudely by a man in their credit control team, who refused to listen and just kept parroting that I've been charged as per their invoice (their invoice was wrong, so not at all relevant to what I was trying to explain, but if you don't listen you aren't going to understand basic rules of communication...) then he left me on hold when I asked to speak to his manager, most likely he wasn't going to pass me to a manager, so I called back and spoke to someone who know how to speak to customers, in customer service. He then unfortunately passed me on to credit control again (also rude, must be an occupational hazard) who obviously thought I was trying to do them out of £6.93, as he proceeded to state he'd need to do call listening to find out when I'd asked to cancel. I've already told them the dates and that I didn't receive a delivery that they are charging me for, the Customer Service Manager agreed. Really not going to go to all this hassle for £6.93 if I'm not owed it... but maybe that's their intention. If they can keep everyone's extra Direct Debit payment, it could be a nice wee sum for them... I'm still waiting on a call back to confirm whether I'm getting my refund, depends what I said on the phone when I cancelled apparently... The Fawlty Towers of the milk delivery world.

Bury Saint Edmund's area had someone from McQueen's dairies knock on my door wanting to sign me up when he stunk of alcohol and weed what are great look for your company

Since McQueens took over from Speirs Dairies I havehad to constantly write an e mail to explain my difficulties. You would think it would be easy for delivery guy to understand what please put milk on top doorstep meant as I have mobility problems and am unable to reach milk from lower steps. As you can guess the milk is left on the lower steps. Poor service compared to Speirs.

My experience so far with McQueens’ Dairies has been surprisingly exceptional. The sales representative who came to my door was polite and well-spoken, offering me a free trial, which I agreed to. We discussed options, and I decided on 2x1 litre glass bottles to be more environmentally friendly, arranged for delivery the following Tuesday. Great stuff. Tuesday arrived, and the bottles were delivered early in the morning. I left for work without thinking about them, so my wife collected them when she got home after dropping the kids off. I received a phone call just before 12 o’clock on Tuesday, but I didn't recognize the number. After Googling it, I found it was McQueens Dairies. I looked at their reviews and found some seriously concerning feedback, leading me to quickly conclude that I didn't want to proceed any further with their service. I didn't get a chance to call them until today (Friday of the same week), and I was expecting considerable hassle. I pressed number 4 on the automated system to reach cancellations, and after a short hold, I spoke with James. James was well-spoken and friendly. After verifying that everything had gone smoothly so far, he asked why I wanted to cancel. I explained that the concerning reviews, such as payments being taken twice or people being overcharged, made me hesitant to continue. James understood my concerns and informed me that some restructuring had taken place, so these issues should no longer occur. He offered an alternative payment method, where I could send payments directly to their bank account, with invoices generated weekly or monthly. However, I decided to proceed with the cancellation. James, while sad to hear this, didn't kick up any fuss and immediately processed the cancellation. I had received two more bottles today, which my McQueens Dairies account had been charged for, but James waived this charge as I wasn’t expecting the additional bottles. I didn’t even need to ask! If, in a couple of years, McQueens Dairies has improved and received more 5-star reviews, I’d be happy to sign up again given this positive experience. For now, though, I’ll be giving it a miss.

Excellent sales spiel. Offer of trial milk delivery which I subsequently paid for. Impressed initially with customer service. However after complaining about delivery of milk at approx 2 am which was not in accordance with original information that delivery would be between 5 and 7 am. Complaint went against deaf ears. Milk is homogenised and safe to sit on doorstep for umpteen hours. After accepting cancellation I was then pressured to give my card details for McQueen's to retrieve payment for 2 pints milk that was not fit for purpose. I was informed I would be referred to debt collection if I did not comply. These bullying tactics are completely unacceptable and have left me very upset.

The company has very bad practices. They will offer to sign you up for a free trial at the doorstep, but then charge you in arrears for this. They will then use very aggressive tactics to try and get you to sign up for regular deliveries. I would avoid.

Originally ad no problems until I cancelled. Had a call from the sales dept and agreed to restart but at only half what I had before as I was throwing loads away. The new delivery never happened, so I thought never mind if they don't want to supply so be it. Now I'm been hounded for £4.98 for a supposed delivery which they can't prove I had (I didn't). Not worth the hassle go to local shop.

Great company never have had any issues with the driver/ deliver..they ring my bell if they see my lights on . (By my request) The driver we have is first class and very polite .even gives a wave leaving my drive way ...not like my previous supplier ... constant call . Either no delivery or it was wrong, . Can't recommend MCQUEENS HIGH ENOUGH!!

Hounded by the door to door. If another pint of milk gets delivered ill be pouring it into the delivery drivers van , bunch of absolute jobbie stabbers.
