A disgrace of a company. Told by their salesman that I would get a 'free trial' for a week then someone would ring to see if I wanted to continue. Then due to personal circumstances to do with the death of my child I wasn't at home and hadn't spoken to anyone yet they continued to deliver milk that I wasn't even at home to drink. I rang up to cancel and then they tried to bill me for it. I rang back and explained again, they billed me again. I rang back again, they billed me again explaining there are no 'free trials'. Queue more texts and emails, asking me to a pay a bill I'd never agreed to for milk I never drunk. I ring back again. We'll see what happens now. But no apology or acknowledgement of this extremely difficult time for me and my family. I genuinely can't believe the lack of soul they have and the stress they have caused. All backed up by dodgy lying sales people. DO NOT USE.
