Cold call salesman was ok, got 2 deliveries which suited me fine and decided to order more. Promised follow up communication never arrive until 2 mths later I received a final demand for £6.80!!!! I phoned them and spoke to dopey Claire in Credit Control who didn't believe I'd not been contacted previously!! I wasn't going to deal with this incompetent bunch anymore and told her to cancel and I was going to settle balance that day 25.3.2022, which I did. May 14th.. just received further demand for £6.80 and threatening action from Debt Collection agency. I shall not be communicating further with this shower of incompetents ....AVOID dealing with this bunch of crooked shysters!!
