As a new customer arranged first delivery for 10th may - however the night before my wife arrived home with a bottle of milk - in view of the late hour we put a note on our door stating we did not require any milk that week - fortunately no milk was left. The next week the mk was delivered late on Monday night ( our neighbour witnessed the delivery van pulling into our estate at high speed) as a result the milk had been left outside for the whole night - it was a warm night!!! I was contacted the following day and elected to cancel the delivery as I was disappointed with the service. I was angry that I was charged for milk ok had not received on the previous week - being told that delivery drivers would not comply with written requests and that therefore we MUST have received milk - no effort was made to contact the driver to confirm whether they had delivered - I cannot recommend this company to anyone - however if u still want to use them - make sure u are not overcharged for milk that u have not actually received!!!!
