Apparently the milkmen are in charge, they seem to be unable to train them to deliver my milk in a morning. Three times in as many months I have complained that I do not want my milk delivered between 10pm and midnight particularly in the summer months as we dont get up until 8 and who pays for the milk if it is stolen from my step? Obviously they dont need my custom and they no longer have it.
