Tried to suspend delivery to attend my mother's funeral by phone. Kept getting a message saying "can't deal with your request at the moment, try again later". Tried this for a few days while trying to plan a funeral. I gave up and text them. No reply so I emailed. Got a response right away saying I need to phone. I said I have but your not answering your phones. They emailed again saying send my number and they would call me. With the funeral about to start I said no , I'm cancelling my direct debit. Cancel my milk altogether. The milk was still delivered and went down the drain because I wasn't there . They've phoned me today to charge me for the milk I had cancelled. Avoid this company .
