Knocked on our door on a Sunday night, advising that we could have a free trial and would deliver later that week, milk was delivered followed by my partner being called several times a day to set up our account details for a direct debit even though we never agreed to set up an account or that we wanted milk delivered. My partner than rang to have the phone put down on him, rang again and went through and explained that we never agreed to a subscription and it was a free trial which the lady on the phone explained that they don’t do free trials and said “ I’ll take your word for it” which sounds like she was accusing my partner of lying. She said she would cancel our account to which we never had one set up in the first place. from reading other peoples reviews and our own experience this company is best avoided. Will have to report them if they try and deliver more milk.
