What a nightmare from start to finish.....and they arent done with me yet!! Multiple calls per day to set up a direct debt that I had already set up online, via a link they had sent me. They couldnt see the direct debt but it was showing on my bank. After another call, I set up another direct debt on the phone and cancelled the one I had done online, cue phone calls for me cancelling the one they didnt have. Call last week to settle my balance, so I cancelled and paid the outstanding amount. And it rolls onto today and I have had more calls about the balance that they are now wanting. If I was elderly this would be enough to tip them over!
