I don’t like giving bad reviews and I don’t give a 1 star lightly. But unfortunately the service I received from this company was very poor. There was no phone number readily available to contact the company so you have to rely on emails. The email response time was terrible, literally days to respond which was frustrating. Not only that, the time it took for manufacture and delivery was months, and even then communication was poor. When our bespoke glass shower screen arrived the parts needed to put it together weren’t sent alongside it, so this was another delay. I then had to chase this up. And when the accessories finally did arrive some of it was missing. This required more chasing and days of waiting for a response. There was no communication to update you on delivery and the whole process required a lot of time and effort from my end to find out any information. And of course any response via email took days. In hindsight, I wish I’d spent slightly more on the product with a different company. I would have gotten it faster with a lot better customer service and a lot less headache. Never again will I use this company!
