I ordered from me & my glass without reading any reviews first, if I had then I probably would have avoided them due to the amount of people who have labelled them a scam website. In truth I believe they are just a smaller business with more orders than they can handle in the time frame promised. My Order did eventually turn up but not in the 6-8 weeks estimated (it was closer to 12) but it was in perfect condition and exactly what I paid for. Trying to speak to M&MG by email is pretty much a no go as I never received a reply regarding any updates but I did get call backs when requested via their voicemail service and John was always polite and as helpful as he could be regarding my order. Would I use them again? Yes. However this time I would know what to expect. I would give a higher score if the company were easier to get in contact with and were true to their time scales.
