The product is great, but trying to correspond with company was impossible. At ordering, it said deliver 2-3 days. By day 4 I wanted to enquire where order was. Phone wasn’t answered, and no reply to sent email. Disappointed in that aspect of order, but on day 5 my glass order came. Very well packaged. Fitted log burner perfectly. A good company, and would use again, but need to improve their contact accessibility.
