Despite providing the correct measurements, the tabletop arrived in the wrong size and color. After reporting the issue, I was told it would be replaced, but this never happened. At first, they responded to emails and asked me to double-check the details, but after a while, they stopped replying altogether. Their customer service is shocking—absolutely no accountability or professionalism. It’s clear they are not manufacturers but likely just reselling products with no quality control. The time and energy I’ve spent trying to resolve this have been wasted. I’m reporting them to Trading Standards because their practices feel like a scam.
