Myself and husband brought a 75 inch TV from the Cartagena store and when we unpackaged it you could clearly see what looked like a long smear mark on the top right side. Once we switched it on the mark that I originally thought was a smear was actually a huge crack through the TV. We immediately packaged and boxed it back and took it back to the store. I explained what had happened and they told me it’s not their problem it’s mine. I’m totally shocked and upset how we’ve been treated. I can’t believe that a company can just sell an expensive faulty item and dismiss you in this way. I’m now left with a brand new damaged TV. Appalling service. If you shop there check everything !!! I left a review on another platform which they responded to saying how sorry they were and someone from the store would be in touch and 1 week on no response from the store after chasing them two times. Totally shambles of a company who seem to think they can get away with selling broken and faulty items. I urge people never ever shop with this company as if anything goes wrong you will have no comeback. Since buying from them I have read so many other reviews of the same and similar issues. I just wished I’d read before a large purchase.
