My wife and I bought a TV online through Mediamarkt Spain recently. We checked it when it was delivered and all seemed well. We erected the TV bracket onto the wall and upon removing the protective film from the screen, we discovered significant damage to the screen, rendering the TV unusable. There was no visible damage to the exterior of the box in which the TV was delivered, so we believe the TV was packaged in this damaged condition at source.We have tried to resolve the issue with Mediamarkt, however they are very unhelpful and profoundly unsympathetic. I would advise anyone against purchasing from Mediamarkt, I will certainly not be shopping with Mediamarkt in future after this unpleasant and extremely expensive experience. If I could submit no stars I would have done so.
