I ordered a certain ostomy bag for my son. Not once did it say it was NOT in stock. It took my payment and then days later got an email stating that it would be a few weeks because it wasn’t in stock. I called and spoke with someone. I asked for a supervisor because it was quick to ask for the payment but did that just to get money. The lady I spoke with said there was no supervisor or manager. I felt it was fair to ask the company to pay to have it overnighted once they got them and she said I had to pay for it. They want money, but based off this I’ll never use them again.
