I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent purchase from Medical Monks. I ordered 20 laryngeal masks, but when the package arrived, it was missing 13 of the masks. Despite providing clear evidence, including photos of the received package and the packing slip, the customer service team refused to acknowledge their mistake. They suggested I might be lying, which was both frustrating and disrespectful. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service have left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I expected better from a company that should prioritize customer satisfaction. I won’t be shopping here again and would advise others to be cautious when ordering from them.
