This is the 2nd time Medical Monks has sent the wrong product. The packing slip was literally signed off on by two employees... both the puller and the packer. How did two people sign off on the wrong product?!! Unfortunately, I received my order on a Friday and the customer service rep said I would have to wait until Monday for someone from shipping to send me a return shipping form. She didn't even offer to send the correct item right away. Absolutely unacceptable since this company sells MEDICAL SUPPLIES... You know? Items that their customers need and depend on. Now I have to wait for the entire weekend before anyone will even address my order issue.
