I sent back ostomy bags that were unopened. Medical Monks claims the bags were so damaged they had to be thrown away and they denied my refund. These are soft ostomy bags, not easily breakable. They also could not provide proof of the damage. I’m sure they denied my refund and resold the bags to make double the profit. Do not do business with Medical Monks.
