They sent the wrong item and would not send my correct item for several weeks later after calling every day letting them know I really needed the wound cream finally after filing a complaint with the BBB they sent my item once I received it the tube was not sealed and looked like it was used not even in a box. My wound nurse would not use the wound cream since it was not in a sealed lid or container. I lost every important time with my wound healing and money! I will never order from them again
