I have used Medicals Monks many times over the past few years for ostomy supplies. Recently, when traveling to visit family, the airline lost the baggage with my supplies. I placed an order immediately with Medical Monks to insure I would not run out and selected expedited shipping. The next business day I received an email with a delivery date of 1week. This was unacceptable so I called and spoke with an agent. She explained the problem was with one item that could not be shipped by air. I emphasized the urgency of the order and asked her to remove the one problem item and ship the rest overnight. Then, two days I received another email saying my order would be delivered in one week and was not expedited as requested . I called and spoke with a very unempathetic and unhelpful agent who could not resolve the problem. His only solution was for me place a duplicate order. This was unacceptable. I now order directly from the manufacturer, it is much easier, faster and pleasant.
