I ordered a teddy bear from the app. It was damaged when delivered to me. So i had it returned the very next day. Same day I log in to the app & see that after picking up my product they have updated that the return was cancelled. I complaint and the executive checked that while the order timeline status was wrong in the open tracking section it was showing that the order was picked up from me. I'm yet to receive my refund as they keep reinitiating return. No help so far. Fraud site. Their customer service is so bad that their executives disconnect your calls on your face, do not respond or keep you on hold for hours before disconnecting it again. After raising the complaint on 17/1/2023 with the Ticket No.:673972125312, I'm yet to get my refund or any kind of help from them. Do not purchase anything from this site of you don't want to regret and go through this kind of harrassment.
