Bad customer service, customer unfriendly and does fraud, I had placed an prepaid order on Meesho online portal fo 06 packets of Bigen Beard colour 103 against a prepaid of RS 1662/-on 3Rd March 2024 vide order No.330102941744. Yesterday, a packet was delivered at at my address containing one packet of big and beard colour in place of six package. The help centre was informed immediately they advised to raise my complaint after 24 hours only. Afyer 24 hrs when help center was contacted they told me that they can not do anything in this regard nor my money will be refunded for the short supplied packs. They also told me that the short supply of 5 packets will also not be fulfilled or delivered to me. I was wondering that a company like Meesho can give this kind of response and gulp down Rs 1300/-.It is a cheating under the law of the country.I am wondering whether following such a business ethics whether any company can survive for long term. I shall hadbto share my experience with social media to save other customer's hard earned money from this useless organisation.
