Ordered Menopod and got shipping information the next morning. Ships from Canada, so it took about a week to arrive in the US. Not heavy, easy to bring with me to work and it really does get cool quickly. Only downfall is that I wish it stayed cooler longer, but you can use it a couple times in a row before it needs to cool down from the heat it is removing. I would recommend to others experiencing hot flashes, but maybe for mild hot flashes? I don't think it could be helpful for people experiencing extreme flashes.
