“Ordered Menopod and got shipping information the next morning. Ships from Canada, so it took about a week to arrive in the US. Not heavy, easy to bring with me to work and it really does get cool quickly. Only downfall is that I wish it stayed cooler longer, but you can use it a couple times in a row before it needs to cool down from the heat it is removing. I would recommend to others experiencing hot flashes, but maybe for mild hot flashes? I don't think it could be helpful for people experiencing extreme flashes.”

I mustered up the courage to order their device, I received it 6 weeks later, charged it and turned it on when all the lights were green; indicating that it was charged and ready to go but it never went on other than that. It remained at room temperature and that was the experience with the thing.
The company never answered ANY of the numerous emails I’ve sent or calls I’ve made.
After 6 months I think it’s safe to say that they are thieves that steal from old vulnerable women.”
