I dealt with a salesman named James, who displayed the most unprofessional and disorganized behavior I've ever encountered in the car-buying process. The car I purchased had an issue with the CarPlay not working, and I was told to take it to a local Mercedes dealership to get it fixed. I was assured that I would be reimbursed for the repair cost. After paying the bill and submitting the receipt, I was promised that my refund would be processed within seven days. It’s now been over a month, and I have yet to see a single penny. Throughout this ordeal, communication with James has been abysmal. He never answers calls or responds to emails, making it nearly impossible to resolve the issue. When I try to reach out to the main reception, no one ever answers, and messages left with reception are completely ignored by both the sales team and the managers. It’s as if they vanish the moment they make a sale. This is, without a doubt, the most chaotic and frustrating car purchase I’ve ever experienced. It’s been almost two months, and I am still waiting for my refund. The lack of professionalism, communication, and accountability at Mercedes-Benz of Warrington is beyond unacceptable. I strongly urge anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership to think twice and go elsewhere. This dealership is PURE FRAUD – save yourself the stress and avoid them at all costs.
