i ordere a 7inch watermelon sugar vinyl and they neve informed me about the delay on the shipping which the official page posted everywhere. when i ask them they always just tell me “they have to wait for their warehouse supplier”
what freaking warehouse?! they have to work together with the official shop to provide these copies but they never mentioned that in a single email
