How is this company still in business? Oh, I know—probably because they hold everyone's money, and either invests it, or let it grow interest. They've had my money for 10 months. That refund, if they do give it, better include dividends.

DO NOT order from Merchbar. I have tried 4x. The first two went great. The next two I cancel. The first two were all vinyls at regular price and they shipped fast and were great. The next two were vinyls that were on sale. Excuse after excuse after excuse. NThe first one I cancelled, I cancelled after 3 weeks of no communication and it still showing order processing. The next one I gave 2 months and nothing. I had to follow up with them four times and just got BS answers. I will never order from them again.

I just cancelled an order that was supposed to ship two months ago. I’ve only ordered from Merchbar one other time and that took forever for the items to ship. I will not be ordering from them again.

Made a pre-order and it never shipped. Several emails to the company came back with the same response that there were unforeseen issues with their supplier and they had no expected ship date for my order.

Merchbar is a sham. Very do not possess the vast majority of the catalogue they advertise. They’ll sell it to you but they don’t have it. Long story short, you will wait months and month for an order. Maybe it will show up. Probably it won’t. And they will never ever let you speak to them directly about it. As crooked as any platform could be. These people should be jailed and fined.

I ordered an album in December of 2023 and followed up in February and heard that they were having stock issues but they would get back to me. They charged me in December but I hadn’t heard back by late October of 2024 so I reached out again and got told they had a high amount of emails to deal with. I then threatened a charge back and suddenly my refund was incoming. The fact that this company charges your card without having stock to ship and no idea when they’ll have it should probably be illegal. Super sketchy, stick with your local places.

Be been waiting for 15 month for a gold vinyl for my son, they communicate well offering faults hope couldn’t find transaction on statement as it appears as Amazon my invoice amount on £70.11 differed from transaction on account £76.89 I’ve reported to bank as fraud

Order three months ago, cancelled order as it never shipped. Received refund, no big deal. Guess who woke up to a random charge this morning…..Now they are giving me the runaround on refund. “Have to look into it” but being so busy it might take a while. Stay away from this website and business. Absolute junk, trying to slide a random charge back months later…bad business.

I’ve been waiting for almost a year for an album I paid for back in early December 2023, and I’m still getting the runaround. Despite the album going up for sale multiple times throughout the year, they have yet to ship the copy I purchased. It’s now mid-October 2024, and it feels like they’re unwilling to honor the price I originally paid. Very disappointing experience!

Have you been victim to any scams, including those involving cryptocurrencies? If so, be assured that many others share your circumstances, therefore you are not alone. I've ordered vinyls twice for my wife's birthday but received nothing. I thought I was going insane and didn't actually order the first one, but now I realize they just never intend to send the product you purchase from them.

Do not order from this company!!! They took my money. No product ever received! They say they can’t refund as it was final sale but that is nowhere in my purchase receipt where it says that. They have been making excuses and putting me off for over 12 weeks now!! Buyer Beware!

Wish I could give zero stars. I too have had this exact same experience from ordering from Merchbar. I ordered a vinyl, status stayed as “processing” for weeks. I reached out and got the exact answer as everyone else - issues with it being released, whatever that means, and I could cancel if I wanted. I said no, I want my product. After a month, they said they cancelled my original order and submitted a new order with a second vendor. Same thing, same copy pasted replies - issues with release, no anticipated date, can cancel. I asked for clarification - what exactly is this release issue? How do two separate suppliers have this issue? Why are they advertising in stock vinyls that clearly are not able to be received? SAME. COPY PASTE. ANSWER. Absolute trash.

Sketchy company. Ordered an album. Never heard anything. Emailed them and finally got a response saying there was an issue but they were working on it. After another month with no updates, emailed them back to cancel and have yet to hear back.

I've had the same experience with merchbar as many many others... I ordered a Lorna Shore LP and waited for a full month for it to ship. This was an album that was already out and they had it listed as "in stock." I reached out to them and asked if they ever planned on shipping it. They replied it will be shipping soon, them 2 days later got a refund notice. They suck. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST.

I had read these reviews before ordering from them, but I was willing to take a chance on them being better this time. Alas, no - the three records I ordered still had no ship dates more than two weeks after the fact, the one time I've ever seen a retailer offering products for sale that they clearly did not have. I'm going through the refund process now and am currently worried they're gonna stall on part of the payment. Don't make the mistake I made. Never give these clowns your money. I can't prove that this is some kind of money laundering operation or something, but they definitely aren't focused on actually making sure you get what you order.

Ordered an album in December of 2022. It was backordered. Their policy is to issue a refund after 120 days. 3 months. It has been 18 months since the order. I requested a refund. I was told it would be 5 to 10 business days. It has been 20 business days. 28 days in total. When I email them customer service tells me my refund is " being processed " and thay don't have an estimate. Stay far away from this company. There are plenty of other companies to order media from. This has been the worst customer service I have ever received. If you look up the owner of merchbar bar you can find his email address, and phone number 603-801-9125. 860-749-5497
