I have ordered multiple items from this site but the last time I ordered I did not receive my package. I contacted costumer service multiple times through phone and they say that I will get an email response within 1-2 days. I have tried calling everyday for the past two weeks. I have still not receive the package and they will not help me out. I have yet to revive a response from the company via email or any other means which leads me to believe that they have stolen over $200 from me. I find this very unfortunate that I will not only have to disappoint my daughter for Christmas but I am also out of $200 that I will never get back. I find it completely ridiculous that it’s been over a month with nothing from this company.
