SO unreliable. I ordered a specific vinyl TWICE, one in August that never arrived or even shipped and then again in October when it restocked but instead of the colored variant I bought it was just the standard black. This has happened to multiple other people online, and dealing with their costumer service is an absolute nightmare. They take days sometimes weeks to respond and when they do it’s so clearly an automated generic email. 100% will never buy from them again.
