My order did not arrive by Christmas even though I paid $12.95 for quick shipping. When I called they said they would investigate and get back to me within 24 hours. It has now been 5 days since and not a word from them,. except to acknowledge my recent email of yesterday. The Jonas Brothers really need to look into how this company is mishandling their products. MerchBar sucks!
