Placed an order for 3 items. Immediately the charge went through for all 3 but the confirmation email only showed 2 items. I was able to figure out one item was cancelled simultaneously with the order going through so within 5 mins of my confirmation I requested to cancel the whole order because I didn’t think it was worth it to just get the other 2 items I wanted. They emailed me back that one of the items was already too far in process to cancel but they would TRY to cancel the other item. Still waiting to hear on that...
Terrible service.... I will never order from them again.
