I had three separate orders and had emailed mailed them 2 weeks after the order to ask what was happening since the order status only said "Processing" and they said they "had unforeseen distribution problems" and all orders are delayed. Was very annoyed they don't let all their customers know that. But ok.
Two more weeks go by and the orders are still "Processing" I got so annoyed I just went to Amazon and ordered almost all of them (for basically the same price plus or minus a few dollars) and then cancelled all 3 orders from Merchbar.
Never doing business with them again, horrible experience. At least let people know when there are major delays in shipping. Honestly I don't even know if it would have taken 3 more months to get what I ordered but I didn't want to find out.
The only thing I can say was decent was their customer service response time, they responded in good time to allow me to cancel cleanly.
