Pre-ordered a vinyl for Merchbar because the artist's website led me to their store. The order processed, charged me, but never shipped once the album was released 1 month later. I contacted support and was told my order had a processing error and did not go through. I was still charged for the item and was never told this. They re-placed my order on the spot, yet, over 2 weeks later, my new order is still being "processed." I requested a refund for the transaction that went through 4 months ago, but I don’t know if they will actually process the refund. I'm definitely not ordering through Merchbar again.
