Ordered an album in December of 2022. It was backordered. Their policy is to issue a refund after 120 days. 3 months. It has been 18 months since the order. I requested a refund. I was told it would be 5 to 10 business days. It has been 20 business days. 28 days in total. When I email them customer service tells me my refund is " being processed " and thay don't have an estimate. Stay far away from this company. There are plenty of other companies to order media from.
