I have ordered from merchbar 3 times in the last year and each time I don't get my records. So after 90 days I finally cancelled my order. It's ridiculous that they bill you before they send out the records but then they just leave you hanging without telling you what the hold up is. Even after you ask them what's taking so long all you get is a snarky respond. I'm beginning to think this company isn't legit
