Despite my better judgment and countless reviews saying not to order through MerchBar I decided to place an order. After numerous emails back and forth, the customer support team could not give me a shipping estimate and put the blame on their suppliers and “complex issues”. This appears to be their standard response to all orders based on the reviews I have read and they are aware they are considered a “scam” as the Customer Service rep guaranteed me they were not without me bringing it up. At some point the company needs to reassess their business model and take a long look at how they are viewed in the music industry. Shape up or get out.
