Having not fulfilled the order placed in May (despite one of the records being constantly in stock with the record company), they are now refusing to give a refund to the original source - as per both their t&cs & emails sent to me in September... ...instead insisting on "store credit" - which is totally useless to me as I no longer have someone in the US to receive parcels; so they have effectively stolen my money. I have emailed again & again over the last 4 weeks & just constant BS from them - do not touch with a bargepole as they have zero integrity & are clearly scam merhants.
